Conditions of Sale
The BN BRAZIL online store is an online store maintained and managed by Social Digital Ecommerce Europe (PHOSPHORESCENT SEA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA) NIPC 517921960 The BN BRAZIL online store aims to be a virtual shopping center for the promotion and retail sale of products and/or services related to the cosmetics industry.

Always read the instructions for use of each product carefully, and if you have any questions, use the contact form before using it.
Photographs illustrating products are not contractual and do not replace any commitment on the part of BN BRAZIL. Furthermore, with regard to technical specifications and product descriptions from our partners or suppliers, BN BRAZIL declines all responsibility for the validity of their content.

PRICES

Prices and ICMS:
Prices displayed include VAT at the legal rate in Portugal. For sales within the European Union, EU tax rules apply.

Changes and Promotions:
Prices may be adjusted without notice, but the customer pays the amount valid at the time of purchase.
Promotions are valid within the stipulated period and may be limited to a certain amount of stock.

Transparency:
Before completing the purchase, the customer is informed of any additional costs, such as shipping or specific fees for different countries in the European Union.

Price Error:
Please be advised that if the price indicated is incorrect and manifestly ridiculous, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even if it has already been confirmed and paid for.

Currency Conversion:
Purchases made in other EU countries that do not use the euro may be subject to currency conversion, depending on the payment method used.
This policy ensures clarity and compliance with European Union tax regulations, guaranteeing a fair and transparent shopping experience.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

BN BRAZIL respects order delivery deadlines, except for stock shortages. All orders placed on the BN BRAZIL website are prepared and shipped from our warehouse.

Stock Update:
Product inventory is updated regularly, but availability is subject to real-time change due to sales volume.

Sold Out Products:
If one of the ordered products is not in stock, BN BRAZIL will contact the customer by email or phone within 15 days of the order date to inform them of the new delivery date. However, if one of the ordered products is unavailable, or if the missing product is unavailable for an indefinite period, BN BRAZIL asks the customer to replace the unavailable product with a product of equivalent quality and price. If the customer refuses, BN BRAZIL will refund the full price of the product.

Stock Reserves:
Products are assigned to the customer only after payment confirmation. Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee the item's reservation.

International Sales:
For orders within the European Union, availability may vary due to country-specific logistical or regulatory restrictions.

Limited Products:
Some products may have limited quantities or be sold exclusively during certain promotions or campaigns.

PAYMENT METHODS

BN BRAZIL has chosen to secure its payments with partners who can demonstrate that they are secure, encrypting the connection for network transactions.

Online Payment Partners :

ATM, MBway, Google Pay , Apple Pay, Visa, Master, Amex, Diners.

Payment for Services/Purchases on the MULTIBANCO Network at an ATM or Homebanking (ATM Reference)

The customer has 3 days, after placing the order, to make the payment at the ATM Network (CA)

The payment validation period on the ATM Network is 1 to 2 days.

Please note that if the security officer or our security department suspects fraud, BN BRAZIL reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION. SATISFIED OR REFUND

Within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

Return Costs:

  • In case of defect or company error, the return costs are covered by the store.
  • For returns by free resolution, costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Products excluded from the legal right of withdrawal:

  • Incomplete, damaged or used products by the customer;
  • Supply of goods made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Supply of sealed goods that are not returnable for health protection or hygiene reasons when opened after delivery.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, BN BRAZIL will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly (using the same payment method), noting, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counted from the arrival of the same at BN BRAZIL).

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so via the contact form . Customer service will review the request. After cancellation, a refund will be processed using the same payment method within 15 days.

This policy ensures the consumer's right to a refund, following legal standards in Portugal, including Decree-Law No. 24/2014 on distance contracts .

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

To exchange an item, the customer can do so in two ways:

Please contact our customer service team using the phone number or email address listed in the "contact us" tab. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (the product travels at their own risk).

The exchange or return of an item must comply with the following conditions:

  • Not to have exceeded 14 days after purchase;
  • Presentation of the invoice or proof of purchase;
  • The item must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions in which it was purchased, that is, with the original packaging intact, accompanied by the respective accessories, manuals and gifts;
  • Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange:

Misuse: Products used inappropriately or contrary to the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., stored in inappropriate conditions).

Natural Change: Changes in the product due to time of use or expected wear.

Allergic Reactions or Individual Sensitivities: Unless the reaction is caused by a defect in the product or if there are no clear warnings on the label.

Seal Violation : Products opened or with broken seals, due to hygiene reasons.

Customized products: Items made to order or personalized for the customer.

Products on final sale: Products purchased during sale campaigns or "non-exchangeable", except in the case of a defect.

Reason for Exclusions:

Ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of cosmetic products. Avoid health risks and contamination. 

Exceptions:

If the product has manufacturing defects or was delivered damaged or incorrect, exchange is permitted, even if the item falls within the categories above.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The products follow the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8, with a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the advertised characteristics.

Consumer Rights:

In case of problems, such as damaged packaging, changes in texture, color or odor, or inconsistency in quality, the consumer can request:

Product replacement;
Refund of the amount paid;
Repair, if applicable.

Please note: Cosmetic products are regulated by European cosmetic safety legislation (Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009), ensuring they are safe when used as directed.
