Shipping Policy

BN Brazil delivers throughout Brazil (mainland and islands) and to European Union countries using certified carriers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically before order completion, based on the selected products and their weights or volumes. Upon completing the purchase, the customer accepts the shipping costs shown, which include VAT at the current legal rate.

Shipping Costs

  • Mainland Portugal : free shipping on orders over €39.

  • For lower value orders, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package.

Tracking

After shipping, we provide a tracking code to track your order.

Stock Availability and Replacement

If a product is unavailable, BN Brazil will contact the customer within 15 days of the order date. A replacement item of equivalent value and quality or a full refund will be offered.

Deliveries to PO Boxes

We do not deliver to PO boxes. The customer must provide a valid physical address.

Client Responsibilities

The customer must ensure that the information and address provided are correct and complete. BN Brazil is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

Returns due to Absent Recipient or Incorrect Address

If delivery is not completed due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to BN Brazil. Reshipment will be subject to the customer paying additional shipping costs.

Claims for Damage in Transit

At the time of delivery, the customer must check the condition of the packaging.

  • If you find any damage or signs of tampering, it is recommended to refuse the order or sign the delivery receipt with reservations .

  • You should then contact Customer Service immediately.

Right of Free Resolution

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to provide a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must contact Customer Support and follow the return instructions.

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

  • Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or company error.

Delivery Problems

If the package is not received within the deadline, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Refunds can only be issued after the loss is confirmed.

Delivery Times

  • Shipping: within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days .

  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days , depending on the destination.

  • Azores and Madeira: additional period of 5 to 10 working days .

  • Collection point: between 3 to 5 working days .

⚠️ During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), exceptional delays may occur.
