Exchange and Return Policy

To exchange an item, the customer can do so in two ways:

Contact our customer service using the contact form . The order will be reviewed by customer service. After cancellation, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 15 days.

This policy ensures the consumer's right to a refund, following legal standards in Portugal, including Decree-Law No. 24/2014 on distance contracts .

The exchange or return of an item must comply with the following conditions:

· Not to have exceeded 14 days after purchase;

· Presentation of the invoice or proof of purchase;

· The item must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions in which it was purchased, that is, with the original packaging intact, accompanied by the respective accessories, manuals and gifts;

· Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange:

Misuse: Products used inappropriately or contrary to the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., stored in inappropriate conditions).

Natural Change: Changes in the product due to time of use or expected wear.

Allergic Reactions or Individual Sensitivities: Unless the reaction is caused by a defect in the product or if there are no clear warnings on the label.

Seal Violation : Products opened or with broken seals, due to hygiene reasons.

Customized products: Items made to order or personalized for the customer.

Products on final sale: Products purchased during sale campaigns or "non-exchangeable", except in the case of a defect.

Reason for Exclusions:

Ensure the quality, safety and integrity of cosmetic products.

Avoid health-related risks or contamination.

Exceptions:

If the product has manufacturing defects or was delivered damaged or incorrect, exchange is permitted, even if the item falls within the categories above.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, BN BRAZIL will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly (using the same payment method), noting, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counted from the arrival of the same at BN BRAZIL ).

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The products follow the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8, with a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the advertised characteristics.

Consumer Rights:

In case of problems, such as damaged packaging, changes in texture, color or odor, or inconsistency in quality, the consumer can request:

Product replacement;

Refund of the amount paid;

Repair, if applicable.

Please note: Cosmetic products are regulated by European cosmetic safety legislation (Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009), ensuring they are safe when used as directed.

Responsibility

BN BRAZIL is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with contracts due to force majeure, disruptions, total or partial strikes, postal services, transportation, or communications, floods, fires, or wars. BN BRAZIL is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, damages, or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website.

BN BRAZIL assumes no responsibility for the misuse or improper use of the products it sells.

Products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. The misuse statement emphasizes that the company is not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper Use: Applications not in accordance with the instructions on the packaging or leaflet, such as use in non-recommended areas or excessive quantity.

Improper Storage: Exposure of products to adverse conditions, such as heat, humidity or excessive light, which can alter their composition and effectiveness.

Manipulation or Mixing: Alteration of the original formulas, such as mixing the product with other ingredients or unsuitable containers.

Individual Reactions: Specific sensitivities or allergies that are not related to product defects.

The company emphasizes that the responsibility for correct use lies with the consumer, and it is essential to follow the instructions and carry out a prior allergy test when indicated.

The application and use of the products sold are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must carefully read the respective instructions for use, application, and operation. The customer must verify that the product purchased corresponds to the one ordered.
